Barcelona888 Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Users

Barcelona888 services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you confirm that you satisfy each of these conditions at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Barcelona888 takes the protection of minors seriously. If a user is found to be under 18, the account will be terminated immediately and all existing balances will be frozen. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control tools on devices shared with children.

One account per individual: Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one active account on Barcelona888 at any given time. This restriction applies regardless of whether different usernames, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods are used — if all accounts belong to the same person, they are in violation of this policy. Breaching this condition may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the freezing of all existing balances.

Registration process: During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a username, password, and an active mobile number registered in Malaysia. Your phone number is needed for OTP verification and important account-related communications. Providing false information during registration constitutes a breach of terms and may result in account termination.

Barcelona888 supports the following local Malaysian payment methods for all deposit transactions: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All of these methods process deposits instantly — funds are typically credited to your Barcelona888 account balance within seconds of a successful payment confirmation by the payment provider.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts: The minimum deposit is RM 20 for full access to all games and betting markets. The maximum daily deposit limit varies depending on your payment method and account verification level. Players with full KYC verification enjoy higher deposit limits compared to unverified accounts.

Account holder: You may only deposit using payment methods that you own and that are registered in your name. Using another person's payment method to deposit into your Barcelona888 account is prohibited and may result in account suspension and further investigation.

Currency: All transactions at Barcelona888 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currencies are accepted or processed.

Barcelona888 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawals promptly and accurately. For security and anti-money laundering purposes, withdrawals are processed using the same payment method as the original deposit. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, we will contact you to resolve the issue.

Processing time:

• Withdrawals below RM 10,000 – processed within 15 to 30 minutes after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals between RM 10,000 and RM 100,000 – require additional security verification taking between 2 and 24 hours.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 100,000 – require a full verification process of 24 to 48 hours, including KYC verification if not previously completed.

Withdrawal conditions: To be eligible for a withdrawal, your balance must consist of funds that have completed at least one full betting turnover (rollover x1) after deposit. This is a standard measure to prevent money laundering. For balances derived from bonuses, higher rollover requirements may apply — please refer to the Bonus section for details.

Minimum withdrawal: The minimum amount per withdrawal request is RM 50. There is no maximum withdrawal limit; however, large withdrawal amounts are subject to a more extensive verification process as outlined above.

Barcelona888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and special event promotions. Each bonus and promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be stated on the relevant promotions page. Those specific terms form part of these general Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

General rollover conditions: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to your account are subject to a 5x rollover requirement. This means you must wager a total of 5 times the bonus value before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a RM 100 bonus, you must place bets totalling RM 500 before a withdrawal is permitted.

Rollover calculation: In most cases, only bets placed on sports, Live Casino, and slots count toward rollover requirements. Bets on certain games may be excluded or counted at a reduced rate. Please check the specific terms of each promotion for details.

Bonus validity period: All bonuses carry an expiry date as stated in the promotional terms. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within the specified period will expire automatically with no compensation.

• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account, per household, and per IP address.
• Barcelona888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the promotions system will result in bonus cancellation and possible account termination.

Barcelona888's Sports Betting section covers football from the Malaysia Super League to the EPL and Champions League, BWF World Tour badminton, ICC T20 World Cup and IPL cricket, and esports. All sports bets are subject to the following industry-standard rules.

Bet confirmation: A bet is only considered valid once it has been fully confirmed and credited by the Barcelona888 system. Bets that are still pending at the time of a technical disruption may need to be re-verified by our operations team.

Odds changes: Odds displayed are current at a given moment and may change before your bet is confirmed. For pre-match bets, the applicable odds are those in effect at the time your bet is confirmed by the system. For live in-play bets, odds are updated continuously and you are responsible for checking the current odds before confirming your wager.

Interrupted or cancelled matches:

• If a match does not start at all, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned in full.
• If a football match is abandoned before the 90th minute and not resumed, bets will generally be voided unless the result is already beyond doubt.
• For cricket matches resolved under the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, match winner bets will be settled based on the official DLS result.
• Specific betting markets that cannot be settled due to match interruptions will be voided.

Betting limits: Barcelona888 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each market. These limits may vary depending on the type of match, account level, and market conditions. The applicable limits will be displayed in the betting interface when you place a wager.

All casino games and jackpots available on the Barcelona888 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified by independent international auditing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party.

Jackpot winnings: For jackpot winnings exceeding RM 10,000, additional verification is required before funds are credited. This is standard procedure to confirm the legitimacy of the win and to protect all parties involved. Our team will contact you within 24 hours of a large jackpot win being recorded.

Technical failures during gameplay: If a technical failure occurs during an active game session, the outcome of that game may be voided and the wager refunded. Results that were fully settled before the technical disruption occurred are considered final. Barcelona888 is not liable for losses resulting from disruptions beyond our control, such as internet outages on the user's end.

Demo mode: Playing in free demo mode is for entertainment and practice purposes only. Winnings accumulated in demo mode cannot be converted to real money under any circumstances.

Game bonus conditions: Certain game features such as free spins awarded through promotions may have a maximum bet value while the feature is active. Winnings that exceed the set limit may be capped at a specified amount. These details will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

Barcelona888 operates an active monitoring system to detect suspicious behaviour. If your account is suspected of involvement in any of the prohibited activities above, we reserve the right to suspend the account and hold the balance while an investigation is carried out. If the investigation confirms a violation, the account will be terminated and the balance frozen.

You are solely responsible for keeping your Barcelona888 account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. We recommend using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online account, and changing it on a regular basis.

Barcelona888 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security. We strongly encourage all members to enable this feature. You must not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. Barcelona888 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access if such access occurred due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the Barcelona888 support team immediately via live chat or email. We will take appropriate action to secure your account, including a temporary freeze if necessary while the investigation is ongoing.

Voluntary account closure: You may close your Barcelona888 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once the relevant conditions have been met. Barcelona888 will not withhold your legitimate balance in the absence of any terms violation.

Suspension by Barcelona888: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• There is suspicion or evidence of a breach of any part of these terms.
• You have failed to comply with an identity verification request within the stipulated timeframe.
• There is suspicious financial activity on your account.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, your account balance will be temporarily frozen until the investigation is concluded. If no breach is found, the account and balance will be fully reinstated. If a breach is established, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.

Barcelona888 provides this platform on an "as is" basis, with our best efforts to ensure high availability and reliability. However, we cannot guarantee a completely uninterrupted service at all times. • Service disruptions caused by third parties, including internet outages, payment provider failures, or infrastructure issues beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

Barcelona888's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the amount of the active balance held in that user's account at the time of the incident. Continued use of the platform after reading this section constitutes your acceptance of the liability limits stated herein.
